From December 26-27, 2016, jointly hosted by China Health Care Association and the People's Government of Huangdao District of Qingdao City , "Health China · 2016 China Health Management and Promotion Conference" was held in Qingdao. Based on the theme of "promote health and build well-off society", the conference invited more than 200 domestic authoritative experts and industry representatives to discuss hot issues including current situation, development tendency and policy response of health management and promotion in China. As the representative enterprise of "Internet + chronic disease management", Shenzhen New Element Health Management Co., Ltd. (New Element) attended the conference and won "Health Management and Promotion Mode Innovation Award".

Exchanges and discussions on the hot topics in health industry were developed, aiming at finding and establishing a new mode, new method, new industry form of health management and promotion conforming to the situation in China, researching a new path of merging development of health management and promotion, medical service system and supporting health preservation and pension system. In addition, the research results of Health Management and Promotion: Theory and Practice were introduced, and experiences of some enterprise cases were also shared.

In 2016, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and State Council issued the Outline of "Health China 2030" Planning, which strategically gives priority to develop the public health and provides guideline to promote the construction of health China. Thus, on the road of exploring health management, many research institutions and health enterprises started exploring, resulted in  quite a few of innovative modes and products.

In the conference, attendants of New Element mainly shared two aspects: idea and building of network hospital O2O service platform, philosophy and mode of 5S precise chronic disease management (i.e. screening, prevention, diagnosis, intervention and insurance). Telemedicine wireless health monitoring platform was also discussed in detail. Whether in terms of technology and product or mode and philosophy, new Element have initiated new thinking and new situation for chronic disease management field, winning "Health Management and Promotion Mode Innovation Award" in the conference.
